New Year's Eve

We will have a kid's party next Friday but we celebrated already today our boy's 6 years birthday. 

Stomachs are full of cakes and Charlotte russe and cupcakes were the favorites of the day.

My cousin brought us red tulips and then I thought that a bit of red is nice for this Christmas. 

Christmas - we ate well and slept well, we played games, watched movies, and the boys were excited about the gifts.

Christmas tree was brought inside today. Christmas smells wonderful.

Birthday weekend

We celebrated our son's 8 years birthday today, yesterday and the day before yesterday.

I really love my son!

This was a fun weekend, and we also had time to swim and ski. 

I think it's now time to start to plan Christmas food...

We got our luggage to home yesterday, everything was still there, good service.
More shoes and clothes...

and my new favourite, Llokum.

There were fresh vegetables and cheese for sale at the market.

Maybe again to there next summer...

We were traveling and came back to home last night. 

There was wonderfully hospitable people, great tasting food and shopping in Kosovo.

New experiences and new flavors.

We spent 12 hours at Frankfurt airport yesterday because of snow and are still waiting for our luggage.

Altogether, such a wonderful holiday!
