Firewood

When I close my eyes I see firewood.

10 cubic meters of firewood, few hours of hard work and firewood have found their place below the shed. Now we have enough firewood for the winter. Warm weekend!

Rainy day

I have painted curtain rods, poles and an old cabinet with white paint. I used black paint for a candle holder. I washed these windows and flax curtains. 

It's a rainy autumn day but some summer flowers are still found in the garden.

Celebration

My husband's birthday was yesterday. We ate delicious food in the restaurant Astor. The boys spent the night with their grandmother. In all, a lovely evening. Have a nice weekend!

Kitchen

I sewed new curtains for the kitchen. The curtain fabric is from Laos.

I painted a rack for bottles.

An old item got a new life as a plate rack.

We modified lamps a bit.

 

I have bought a jug and a bowl from Sweden a year ago. 

I washed kitchen windows and now the kitchen is clean again :)

Potatoes

We ate potatoes and meatballs today. Potatoes were grown in our garden. This is the whole yield but this was a fun experience. And the potatoes tasted so good.

I took some pictures in the morning. My little shop was open today.

And at the same time there was a flea market event in our housing area. We had a table in our yard and the boys were eager sellers.

The day was perfect. Thank you to all visitors!

Christmas goods are coming soon and the shop will be open then. I will inform here.

We made a cabinet for bed sheets. An old window got a new life as a cabinet door.

This will be an active weekend, hugs.

candle holder

I made a candle holder. This is not my own idea. I saw this kind of candle holder on my friend's facebook page. Easy to make and nice.

I got my first delivery from Jeanne d'Arc Living today... wow! I'm going to open the packages now. Friends, see you on Sunday!

September

It's the first day of September today. The summer is over and autumn is here. It means dark evenings and lots of candles.

Some changes have been done. My grandfather has made the old cupboard which is shown in the pictures.
